Little Timothy stood by the open window. His eyes were closed and he softly whispered his wishes for Christmas to the cold air, for he wasn’t able to sent a letter to Santa Clause. His father was a psychologist, who thought it to be better for Timothy to think as realistic as possible. Therefore his father tried to banish everything which was created by his fantasy, like Christmas. Unfortunately for him, Timothy had inherited the great imagination of his grandmother, who was institutionalized because she suffered from dementia, and it was impossible for anyone to destroy his believe in Christmas. Chapter one: The Hunter Caydan ran through the woods, looking at the ground for tracks. The ground was muddy, making footprints clearly visible. He could find the tracks he was following easily. It wouldn’t take long before he would  caught up with its maker. But catching up wasn’t what he was planning. Catching, on the other hand, was. Prologue Gigyago darted through the forest. She’d been chasing a fly, a very big one, with colorful feathers and a beak. The fly had been flying fast, but not fast enough to get out of Gigyago’s sight. Gigyago wanted to catch it. If she did her father would be proud. She might even get a present! If she didn’t get anything  she hoped she could trade the fly for her big sister’s doll. But after a while Gigyago had become tired of the chasing, and sat down. Chapter nine: Mirror mirror on the wall She stepped out of the mirror. Her black hair moved, as if she walked straight through the wind for a moment. She looked back, but didn’t see her reflection. Instead, she saw a forest. It was green, it would be summer soon. But the coldness she still felt, even after stepping through the mirror into the warm room, told her it was spring. A man stepped into the image of the forest on the other side of the mirror. He looked like a homeless. Unshaved, filthy and, though not visible, stinking. Chapter eight: Mind tricks Unbelievable! First they don’t believe I am, the way they say it, who I say I am. And now they refuse to believe that Aurora is missing. They say there is no one in the country that even has that name and no one reported anyone missing with the description.
